BHT Karunashraya is a local charity founded and built by the community, for the community.

We receive around 30 per cent of our annual Rs.5.1 Crore running costs from various foundations, meaning we rely on our generous donors to help with an incredible Rs.3.5 Crore each and every year. To generate this amazing total in different ways – from CSR events to merchandise stalls; our own popular events such as the Colourthon and Dandiya nights and Christmas carnivals; one-off and regular donations; gifts in wills and through generous support from local schools, businesses and organisations.
