Events at Karunashraya serve multiple purposes, in that they not only help in spreading awareness of palliative care in general and more specifically about services rendered by Karunashraya, but also help in creating an upbeat atmosphere (when conducted in-house) that is therapeutic for the patients and act as fund raising opportunities when conducted on a public platform – performances by artists, music nights, art shows etc.
