BHT is managed by trustees, headed by the Chairperson, managed by the Managing Trustee and supported by the Treasurer. All the Trustees devote their time to BHT on an honorary basis. The day-to-day activities of the organization are managed by the CEO, who is backed up by his team comprising of department heads, viz. the Senior Medical Officer, Finance Manager, Head – PR and Admin & HR Manager.
